We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Redcliff Family Foods. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Keep a record of items received and delivered, maintaining accurate logs and reports.
  • Prepare, package, and restock goods, ensuring they are properly stored and secured.
  • Load and unload goods, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids to optimize routes and reduce delivery times.
  • Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of driving.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
