Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Specialist to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our clients, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Security Operations: Monitor entrances, patrol client properties, and ensure all visitors are following Public Health guidelines.
  • Incident Response: Respond to and report irregularities, security breaches, hazards, and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communication: Utilize radios, handheld devices, and computer applications to communicate site activity and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Write clear and comprehensive reports, including daily activity reports and incident reports.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including report writing.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, professional demeanor, and deportment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and respond to emergencies under pressure.
  • Discretion: Discretion when handling confidential and private information.
  • Physical Ability: Physical ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Certifications: Ability to pass a security clearance and obtain a security license (a valid security license is considered an asset).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent and of legal age.
