Solar Panel Installation Specialist

At Next Power Inc. we are seeking a highly skilled Solar Panel Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of solar panel systems for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated solar panel systems
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Supervise other workers
  • Utilize hand and power tools
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Dependability
  • Organized
  • Team player
