We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at GSP Custom Homes Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
- Groundskeeping: Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- General Maintenance: Perform safety and security checks, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
