Your Responsibilities
- Design, model, build, and deploy functional solutions
- Lead process improvements activities
- Evaluate continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the business through effective management of value, risk, content, communication, knowledge, and resources
- Respond to immediate safety, quality, and productivity issues
- Adhere to budget requirements
- Comply with all codes and regulations
- Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operation data

Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma of Engineering Technology in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Technology
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in leading Lean initiatives
