About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our efforts in creating shared value and driving social impact. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align our business objectives with societal needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our team, ensuring that our efforts in creating shared value are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Shared Value Development: Develop and implement strategies to integrate social issues into our business models, creating value for both our company and the community.
  • CSV Implementation: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build operating models and processes that adapt, co-create, or develop new products and services that create value for our company and society.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals dedicated to creating shared value and innovation across our organization.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in business, healthcare, social entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in business or healthcare strategy, operations, innovation, social impact, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders, including community groups, businesses, and government entities.
  • Passion for Social Impact: Demonstrated passion and commitment to social impact and creating shared value.
