We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Owen's Liquor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Order and manage inventory, maintain a visually appealing store display, and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, process transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store appearance, and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
