Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Papa John's Pizza.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with food preparation and serving.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Restock condiments, supplies, and other items as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
