Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure administrative tasks related to account management are completed efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate the organization of seminars for clients and plan engaging content for them.
  • Participate in financial planning meetings for clients, prepare files, and ensure follow-up and subsequent steps.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and coaching for new members of your team.

Our bank has close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. Requirements
  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, financial planning, marketing, and social media, or taxation.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and comfort with technology.
