Job Description

We are looking for a talented Real Estate Lending Advisor to join our team at the Bank of Montreal. As a Mortgage Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with referral networks and identifying sales opportunities to drive business results.

Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate relationships with referral networks to build a pipeline of new mortgage business and increase the Bank's share of the home financing market.
  2. Actively identify sales opportunities and refer them to BMO colleagues as appropriate.
  3. Develop and execute effective marketing and sales programs to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of self-management and teamwork, personal lending, relationship sales and management.
