Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to join our team at BANCHERI FAMILY. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment and provide optional accommodation at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Flexibility to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
