Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Home and Community Care Support Services. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects that advance our business priorities and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project work plans, including deliverables and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project planning and delivery
  • Provide project status reports to stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead project teams to achieve critical project milestones

Requirements:

  • University degree in Social Sciences, Health Care, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certificate program in Project Management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
