Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Jean Coutu. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of prescription information
  • Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Assist pharmacists with various tasks
  • Clean and maintain equipment
  • Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
