About the Role
The Executive, Client Solutions at On Side Restoration is a dynamic self-starter with professional poise and a track record of delivering results. This role involves actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our impressive client base by being responsive, building strong relationships, and providing critical support when disaster strikes—whether it's fire, floods, or biohazards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the Commercial, Multi-Residential, Institutional (ICI), and Healthcare segments.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences, making On Side Restoration a trusted partner for years to come.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to drive business growth and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a consultative sales environment, preferably in restoration or construction.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or a combination of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Solid understanding of customer decision-making processes and how to influence them.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings.
- Responsive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Flexible Scheduling/Availability for local and out-of-town travel.
- Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract record.
