Job Summary

Aim Therapy & Wellness Centre Inc. is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities and developing personalized treatment plans.

About the Role
  • This is a temporary position, with a work term of up to 3 months and hours ranging from 30 to 40 per week.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Select and administer appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to promote patient recovery.
  • Maintain accurate clinical and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Teach and supervise exercises to patients as needed.
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures to assess patient progress.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities is required.
  • The Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination is also a necessary certification.
Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required.
  • Punctuality, attention to detail, and excellent oral communication skills are essential.
