About the Role

Crystal Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Drywall Craftsperson to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities
  • Apply successive coats of compound and smooth out seams and joints using sanding equipment.
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners and ensure a professional finish.
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings, requiring attention to detail and precision.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets, ensuring accurate cuts and secure fastening.
  • Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists, maintaining safety protocols and meeting quality standards.
  • Tape over joints using taping machines and embed tape in compound, achieving seamless finishes.
Work Environment
  • We are a recognized employer offering a stable work environment with 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
