Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Bridge Engineer to join our team in Canada. This role will involve working on complex transportation projects, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.



Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer, you will be responsible for:



  • Leading the design and delivery of bridge projects from concept to completion;
  • Providing technical expertise and mentorship to junior staff;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop project solutions;
  • Developing and managing project budgets and schedules;
  • Maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices;


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Professional Engineering (P. Eng) license with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO);
  • No less than 15 years of experience in bridge engineering and design;
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code (CHBDC), Ontario design standards, and client-specific requirements;
  • Experience with alternative delivery methodologies and project management;
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset;
