Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing technical support and monitoring computer systems, networks, and telecommunications.
- Provide front-line support to field service staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Review, recommend, and investigate new technologies to improve our systems and processes.
- Install and configure computer hardware, telecommunications systems, and enterprise applications as needed.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions for new users.
- Troubleshoot and implement solutions to address IT field service user issues.
- Log and track IT user issues, providing management with key metrics and support levels.
- Develop documentation of system configuration and operational support procedures.
- Monitor computer and communications systems, responding to critical system alerts and ensuring adequate performance and data integrity.
- Assist in the deployment of hardware and software applications across the organization.
- Microsoft certification (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience supporting a remote workforce (preferred)
- Strong experience in remote support tools
- Strong experience supporting computer hardware, such as laptops, desktops, and printers
- iPhone deployment and support
- Proficiency in documentation and ability to articulate technical matters to non-technical staff
- Experience using Office 365 software suites at application and administration support level
