At the Technical Standards and Safety Authority, we are seeking a highly skilled Analyst, Risk Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing technical support and monitoring computer systems, networks, and telecommunications.
  • Provide front-line support to field service staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Review, recommend, and investigate new technologies to improve our systems and processes.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, telecommunications systems, and enterprise applications as needed.
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for new users.
  • Troubleshoot and implement solutions to address IT field service user issues.
  • Log and track IT user issues, providing management with key metrics and support levels.
  • Develop documentation of system configuration and operational support procedures.
  • Monitor computer and communications systems, responding to critical system alerts and ensuring adequate performance and data integrity.
  • Assist in the deployment of hardware and software applications across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft certification (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a remote workforce (preferred)
  • Strong experience in remote support tools
  • Strong experience supporting computer hardware, such as laptops, desktops, and printers
  • iPhone deployment and support
  • Proficiency in documentation and ability to articulate technical matters to non-technical staff
  • Experience using Office 365 software suites at application and administration support level
