Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Surface Specialist to join our team at Integrity Shoring & Civil Ltd. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality concrete finishing services.

About the Role

This is a permanent position requiring a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to travel occasionally, willing to adapt to changing project requirements, and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concrete Finishing: Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade; fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement; level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification; impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures; repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Pre-Job Preparation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure adherence to safety regulations and project requirements.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be physically demanding, comfortable handling heavy loads, and able to stand for extended periods. A flexible work schedule with occasional travel is required.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in this field
  • Familiarity with safety equipment and gear, including hard hats, ear plugs, and gloves
