  6. Sales and Promotions: Upsell menu items, promote specials, and sell race packages to increase sales.\
  7. Teamwork: Assist with other duties as assigned and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.\
  8. Personal Qualities: Must be at least 18 years of age, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\
  9. Certifications: Willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate and Alcohol Handlers Card within a reasonable timeframe after being hired.\
  10. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and reach.\
