Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
