Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment including backhoes, loaders, and bulldozers in various settings.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, including lubrication and refueling.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Prepare accident reports and perform minor repairs as needed.

Workplace Environment
  • Work outdoors in hot, dusty conditions.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and regulations.

Requirements
  • Heavy Equipment Operator Trade Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to own and operate a vehicle.
  • Own transportation and valid driver's license.

Physical Demands
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Additional Requirements
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and gloves.
  • Free parking available and permanent employment.
  • Work 35 to 44 hours per week.
