- Réussite du Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada (CCVM) OU CFA 1 (ou plus) avant la date d'entrée en fonction.
- Trois à cinq années d'expérience dans le domaine bancaire.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis afin de servir la clientèle anglophone de la collectivité.
- Accréditation de l'OCRI (ou obtention de l'accréditation dans les 90 jours suivant la date d'entrée en fonction).
- Réussite du Cours relatif au Manuel sur les normes de conduite (MNC) dans les 90 jours suivant la date d'entrée en fonction.
- Réussite du cours Notions essentielles sur la gestion de patrimoine (NEGP) dans les 30 mois suivant l'entrée en fonction.
- Compréhension approfondie du milieu, des concurrents et des enjeux relatifs à l'économie et au marché.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en vue de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome, d'offrir des services d'aide et d'établir des relations.
