Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve or reject loan applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection
  • Assist clients by proposing customized solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals
  • Complete credit and loan documentation
  • Interview applicants for loans and evaluate their financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay the loan
  • Prepare statements on delinquent accounts
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services and network to develop business relations and attract corporate and individual customers
  • Review and update credit and loan files
  • Submit credit and loan applications to management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Urban area work setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong client focus and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate and organized with a quick learning ability
