About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Labourer to join our construction team at Burns Lake Construction. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Respond to chemical spills and other contaminants, following established protocols.
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites, ensuring a safe working area.
Work Environment

As a Labourer, you will work outdoors in various locations, often in dusty conditions. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Will to learn and train on the job.
