Job Title: Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at 1622 Canadian Tire Gas Bar. As a key member of our retail fuel team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our gas bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
  • Market Research and Planning: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 3-4 people supervision.
Work Environment:
  • Gas bar.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language.
