Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Triple O's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Monitor inventory and manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
