About the Role

Froese Flooring Ltd is seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of Flooring Products
    • Install exterior prefabricated flooring products, including exterior-grade laminate and engineered wood flooring.
    • Install interior prefabricated flooring products, including interior-grade laminate and engineered wood flooring.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation
    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
    • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.
  • Post-Installation Maintenance
    • Repair and service exterior prefabricated flooring products, including exterior-grade laminate and engineered wood flooring.
    • Repair and service interior prefabricated flooring products, including interior-grade laminate and engineered wood flooring.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
    • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
    • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
    • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations.
    Requirements
    • 1-2 years of experience in flooring installation.
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
    Working Conditions
    • 40 hours per week.
    • Permanent position.
    • English language proficiency.
