We are a dynamic and reputable hospitality company seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Hotel Executive Housekeeping Director.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering 35-40 hours of work per week at a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and location.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality services. Key duties include:

  • Leadership and Coordination: Plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Inspection and Quality Control: Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff members to ensure they meet departmental policies and safety standards.
  • Maintenance and Inventory Management: Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services, and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
