We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead our 5 restaurants in the Ottawa market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operations excellence, exceeding brand standards, and growing sales through exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Operations Leadership
    1. Drive operations excellence and exceed brand standards
    2. Grow sales through exceptional guest experiences
  2. Team Development
    1. Develop and motivate a team of District Managers
    2. Foster employee retention and maintain a respectful work environment
  3. Process Implementation
    1. Implement and monitor company systems, practices, policies, routines, and processes
    2. Ensure training is in place and staff receive comprehensive training
  4. Performance Improvement
    1. Evaluate restaurant performance and coach District Managers on action plans
    2. Identify gaps in area performance and address them to maximize performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of QSR experience at a multi-unit level
  • College diploma or university degree is an asset
