The Primary Care Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Supervising and mentoring team members
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective care delivery
- Providing education and training to team members
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A baccalaureate degree in a social or behavioral science field
- Three to five years of recent experience in a leadership capacity
- Valid BC Driver's License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
