Job Title: Propulsion Systems Architect

At Tech Mahindra, we are seeking a highly skilled Propulsion Systems Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced engineers who want to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the specification, design, development, integration, test and certification of propulsion systems. Strong English (written and spoken) communication skills are essential, with French communication skills being an asset.

We are looking for a seasoned engineer who can work on the development, qualification, testing, certification and in-service phases of Propulsion systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ARP 4754 & 4761 process and requirement management software tools, as well as experience with hybrid-electric propulsion systems and new aircraft development.

• Design propulsion systems architecture that meets Aircraft Design Requirements & Objectives.
• Validate and verify top-level system requirements.
• Prepare requirements documents, including technical quotations, system schematics, technical requirement documents (TRD) and statement of work (SOW).
• Negotiate supplier proposals, coordinate and monitor suppliers during the development phases.
• Ensure the system meets applicable aircraft system certification requirements and client's requirements and practices.

• Bachelor Degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering, or similar; Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in propulsion systems.
• Experience with Hybrid-Electric propulsion systems and new aircraft development.
• Strong English (written and spoken) communication skills.
• Familiarity with RTCA documents DO-160 and FAR Part 25 & Part 33 / CAR 525 / EAS CS-25 certification process.
