Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of medical laboratory technologists.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and giving technical assistance to a section within the lab, as well as participating in research and development, teaching, quality control, and safety initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' recent related work experience
  • Supervisory experience is an asset
  • Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory Technology program
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Manitoba (CMLTM) required
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and oral
