Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at Techtronic Industries. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their tools are in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class service to our customers, ensuring their tools are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Log in tools, assess, and repair tools to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Follow standardized repair processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Prioritize in-branch repairs to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Conduct warranty assessments and provide instant tool replacements as needed.
  • Meet productivity targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
  • Provide support to different departments and roles as required.
  • Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess mechanical aptitude and demonstrate repair experience.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with various software systems.
  • Highly organized and strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Team-oriented and able to work independently as needed.
  • Ability to work overtime during busy periods.
  • Result-focused, goal-driven, and able to deliver results from an individual and team perspective.
