Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Baking Operations
    • Create dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
    • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
    • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Team Management
    • Train staff members on baking procedures and techniques
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a baking environment is an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent baking skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
