Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Vertical Staffing Resources. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of physically demanding general labor duties, including manually loading and unloading goods from a trailer. You will also be required to accurately complete routine documentation, such as pick sheets, manifests, and unload lists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow standard warehouse practices and work instructions to maintain high levels of inventory and accuracy.
- Perform a variety of physically demanding general labor duties, including manual loading and unloading of goods from a trailer.
- Accurately complete routine documentation, such as pick sheets, manifests, and unload lists.
- Participate in process-specific training and adhere to all work instructions and guidelines to ensure that all quality and regulatory requirements are met.
- Demonstrate and maintain a skill set capable of operating a variety of equipment used in a traditional warehouse environment, including scanners, computers, scales, pallet jacks, and motorized material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and turret trucks.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-3 years of warehouse experience and material handling equipment experience.
- Valid license pertaining to material handling equipment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and safety regulations.
