About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to join our Technology Planning & Delivery team in Waterloo, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex IT projects and driving business outcomes that ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects that meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop project plans that meet those needs.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Provide project status updates and reports to stakeholders, including project metrics and key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on business transformation and digital solutions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present project plans and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Experience with organizational change management and leading by influence.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple interdependencies.
