Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at J&J Truck Training Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the country while optimizing routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and adjust routes using computer equipment and GPS devices to ensure efficient transportation.
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption to maintain accurate records.
  • Tarp and secure cargo to prevent damage during transportation.
Requirements
  • AZ class license
  • Valid passport
  • Driver's validity license check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Drug test
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
