Techncial Moves is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to work on a variety of interesting commercial and residential projects in Essex. As part of our team, you will be responsible for conducting building and structural surveys, performing condition surveys, and managing party wall matters and dilapidations.

Your duties will also include administering contracts, analysing building defects, and producing detailed reports supported by drawings. To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor
  • Strong industry knowledge and a solid understanding of RICS regulations
  • Excellent communication and commercial awareness skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
