About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Programs Director to join our team at Save A Family Plan. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our community programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Management
    • Develop and implement community programs that align with our organization's mission and goals.
    • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our community programs.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of professional and non-professional staff.
    • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Community Engagement
    • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other organizations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage with the community and promote our programs.
  • Reporting and Evaluation
    • Prepare and submit reports to management committees and working groups.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of our community programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in community development, social services, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of community development principles and practices.
