Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Coordination
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and operational metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimal losses.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Training and Development
- Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and address any issues.
- Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement changes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management, sales, and customer service teams.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers and logistics providers.
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience
- At least 1 month of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Hours
- 40 hours per week.
