Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at BC LTD. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking mixed dough and batters, training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervising baking personnel and kitchen staff.

  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Train staff
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery
  • Organize and maintain inventory
