As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for providing escalated IS support, maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting business systems, networks, and internet services to resolve user issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide escalated IS support, engaging senior staff and vendors as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support business systems, networks, and internet services to resolve user issues.
  • Organize and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Identify technical issues and implement solutions to mitigate problems.
  • Implement and support technologies in an industrial environment.
  • Research and test recurring issues and diagnose anomalies within software applications.
  • Perform proactive maintenance tasks, ensuring critical systems are actively monitored.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant IT administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of server administration and networking technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
  • A Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology (or related field).
  • Experience with security tasks, including patch execution and system updates.
