About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a creative visionary with a passion for marketing excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing trends, including experience with influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals and drive growth
* Create, curate, and publish engaging content across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
* Manage day-to-day interactions with followers, respond to queries, and nurture online conversations
* Monitor and report on social media KPIs, analyzing data to measure success and optimize future campaigns
* Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and other key partnerships
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and enhance customer experience

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns
* Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems
* Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail and creativity
* Knowledge of social media marketing trends, including experience with influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and community building
* Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive insights and improvements
