Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the engineering and support teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Technical Support teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background with a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies (strong AWS skills preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar customer-facing role within the cloud services or software industry.
