About the RoleThe Kenora Catholic District School Board is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Lunch Hour Monitor. As a Lunch Hour Monitor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during lunch hours.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise students during lunch hours to maintain a safe and respectful environment
- Monitor student behavior and intervene when necessary to prevent conflicts or incidents
- Assist with serving meals and maintaining a clean and organized cafeteria
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with children or in a supervisory role an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
