Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Uniform Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire uniform process for our Security Officers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inventory of uniforms, including ordering stock and tracking issuance and recovery
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support the hiring process and provide break coverage for the Corporate Receptionist
  • Perform regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and provide metrics on uniform costs and recovery rates
  • Support the Corporate Receptionist with administrative tasks and provide assistance to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in retail, security, or customer service is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role
