M Painters Ltd. is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Work SettingAs a Painter, you will work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings. You will be required to travel to different sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix paint to desired color and texture.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out surfaces.
- Work with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on color selection and wall covering options.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in painting or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
As a Painter, you will work in a variety of environments, including residential and commercial settings. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces. You will also be exposed to dust, fumes, and other hazardous materials.
