The Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Secondary Vice Principals. As a leader in Catholic education, you will have the opportunity to build and sustain dynamic learning environments that foster academic excellence and spiritual growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead instruction and monitor school effectiveness
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Ontario Curriculum
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive school culture
- Provide guidance and support to students, teachers, and staff
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance leadership skills
- Principal's Qualifications in accordance with the Education Act/Regulations
- Enrolment or completion of the Board's Leadership Program or similar programs offered at district school boards
- Completion of at least five (5) years teaching experience
- Demonstration of a system-wide perspective
- Pastoral Letter of Reference

An Information Session will be held on Thursday, October 10th at 4:30 pm at the Catholic Education Centre – St. John Paul II Room for interested applicants.
