About the Opportunity
We're searching for a Resident Experience Coordinator to join our team at Parkland on Eglinton West. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining quality and resident satisfaction standards. You'll ensure that service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service.
You'll be responsible for establishing strong processes for utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices. You'll also oversee the orientation of new residents to Parkland on Eglinton West through established standards.
About You
We're looking for someone with a University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a similar field. You should have 1-2 years of experience in a marketing and administrative role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment. Passion for working with seniors and experience working with the elderly in a seniors' living or long-term care environment is essential.
